Issue 453 - 11 August 2016

Dear Subscriber,

Who’s on trial at the National Safety Conference?

NSCA Foundation and Spark Helmore Lawyers are excited to introduce the inaugural mock trial at the upcoming 2016 National Safety Conference.

Facilitated by Sparke Helmore Lawyers – experts in WHS law – the interactive court simulation will provide insight into what happens when a worker, supervisor and manager are called as witnesses and how a prosecutor approaches an incident and identifies unsafe work practices.

Stay tuned for more details in the next Safe-T-Bulletin.

The National Safety Conference will be held on Wednesday 12 October 2016 at the Four Points by Sheraton, Sydney. Exclusive member rates are available. Register today »
