A genuine opportunity exists for an influential safety practitioner to partner with a designated client group in driving continuous improvement with regard to HSE performance.

Reporting to a National HSE Manager you will be responsible for undertaking the following activities;
• Coaching line management with regard to their responsibilities in relation to OHS accountability
• Participating in OHS governance activities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
• Providing technical advice in regard to auditing, incident investigations, risk management and manual handling
• Assisting in the injury management and workers compensation process when required

An action oriented and results driven individual you will also bring;
• Tertiary qualifications (OHS or Engineering) preferable
• A proven track record at driving behavioural change in the safety arena
• Process oriented safety expertise ideally developed within high risk environments
• Experience managing an OHS team within heavy industry
• The ability to credibly build relationships at all levels of the business
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
