Graduate Wellness Coordinator (VIC)

• $50K - $55K + super

In line with a renewed focus on the wellbeing of their workforce a new role has been created with the specific responsibility of driving a range of health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities will include;
• Identifying and assessing through means of evidence based research, suitable third party providers in relation to wellbeing programs
• Project managing the successful implementation of wellness programs into specific business units
• Developing a start-up toolkit to enable each business unit to take accountability in driving measurable outcomes
• Taking an active role in the marketing and promotion of health and wellbeing programs

To be considered for the role you will possess;
• Degree qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Ability to proactively build credible relationships with stakeholders
• Planning, organisation and project coordination skills
• Well developed analytical and problem solving abilities
