State Manager - Workers Compensation (Vic)

With an enviable reputation and projecting future growth, this global consulting firm is seeking an experienced business leader to manage and develop their workplace risk advisory division.

Responsible for all general management duties, you will have the autonomy to innovate and refresh the business model and lead and develop a solid team of revenue generating Consultants to grow new business and service existing clientele.

To be successful in this role, it is crucial that you possess a strong technical background in workers compensation and have experience working within a consulting model. The personal style that will best fit this workplace culture, is one that is collaborative, innovative, consultative, customer orientated and commercial. In addition, your passion for business development and ability to foster long-term client relationships will hold you in good stead.

Tertiary qualifications and experience working for an insurance broker or within a Workcover Agency will be highly regarded.
