A National leading road transport company is now seeking a WHS&E Co-ordinator to join their Sydney team.

Reporting to the Group EH&S manager you will provide support in WHS&E and ensure that it is implemented across the business.

You will work alongside the safety team in the preparation of risk assessments, maintaining a training matrix and undertaking training gap analysis to ensure procedures and policies meet legislative requirements for environment, health and safety across NSW.

You will investigate and document accident and incident investigations and prepare final reports. You will be responsible for Injury Management and rehabilitation, liaising with external bodies to meet the best possible results for the injured worker and organisation.

You will conduct audits, write up reports and develop action plans.

With a solid safety background and knowledge of the Manufacturing or Bitumen industries, you will have tertiary safety qualifications and a sound understanding of Australian Standards, Codes of Practice and Guidelines.

You will have proficient communication skills that you will have gained through applied knowledge and the ability to identify with a range of processes, contractors and sectors within the business.
