Workers Compensation Manager (NSW)

A leading non for profit organisation are looking for an experienced Workers Compensation Manager to join the organisation.

Reporting into the Health and Safety Manager you will have full control of all Workers Compensation duties with the aid of an administrator and RTW Coordinators located at multiple sites.

Working alongside internal employees and relevant external parties you will ensure successful workers compensation process. You will have extensive knowledge of estimation guidelines, premiums, claims management and up to date knowledge of the NSW/ ACT workers compensation legislation.

Excellent communication skills are key to your success in this role. With the ability to influence at all levels, including Stakeholders, Insurers and General Managers, you will be considered the workers compensation expert.

Proficient experience in a worker's compensation role is essential, similar roles such as senior account manager/broker or claims manager will be considered. Experience in a large organisation is desired.
