International WHS Compliance Officer (NSW)

• $108k Package

This charitable organisation is looking for a WHS Compliance officer at 2 locations, islands in the south pacific.

They are looking for confident and resilient WHS compliance officer with a human resources background to work for them on a fly in fly out basis.
You will be expected to work 4 weeks on with 2 weeks respite back in Australia.

You will have WHS qualifications and be knowledgeable in risk management, incident management, implementing work health and safety policies in line with current legislation. As an experienced HR professional you will be familiar with managing team members and HR policies.

This role covers most aspects of WHS and HR, admin, escalating queries to the head office in Australia when needed.

This is also a standalone role which means your duties may change depending on the organisation needs

Being an international role you will be self motivated, hard working and have a can do attitude. Being used to working in a hot temperature could also help.
